If regular to those pages, you’ll then able to notice how far it is from being the first time having us mentioning the name of this man. Not only because he’s a bloody damned good entertainer, but also one of the smartest faces in the circuit which, by no coincidence, often come together.

We recently gave you an introduction to who he is as a part of our Miami 2005 DJ’s On The List profiles. We now proudly give you a snippet to what he’s about… in da mix ! C’mon Julius, Shine on us…

What makes the art of DJing so attractive is without a doubt the fact that it may take so many different forms although being geared towards the same principle : entertaining ! Hot on the heels of his current ‘Don’t outstay outside 2Night’ alongside singer Mr Day, Rotax label honcho Pascal Rioux is the purveyor of this quite estonishing and seducive selection where you may expect almost everything but the groove.

Due to popular demand and on our will to give a better exposure to the activiists of our community we’ve decided to have our In Da (Audio) Mix section renamed as DJ’s In Da Mix. The first guest of the revamped section being Toulouse based DJette Lea Lisa with her mix to be online by the beginning of next week

Our Wine4Melomanes boy gets a bit further in his OST mix series with a display of Italian tracks aptly done to have you having images resurfacing in your mind...

Music, wine, not to mention beautiful ladies and food at its finest, BNX is the perfect exemple of epicurean-ism as brilliantly show with this eclectic mix of atmosdpheric soundbytes. Another blattant expression of the power of music but also an opportunity to have an inner trip to the Italian Riviera during the 60's/70's if not having some reminder of what Cinecitta used to be at the time, with the likes of Sofia Loren, Gina Lollobrigida, Marcello Mastroianni and Vittorio Gassman to name but a few.

MFSB gets back in action mixwise with some more selections in the weeks to come (not to mention some mixtapes that he's recorded back in the daze) + various projects he's currently working on, as 2K4 sees him celebrating his 30th year… in da mix !

From French outfit Jerk House Connection to Jon Cutler's relifting of "Into Something" by UK self-made man Modaji via a Danny Krivit edit of "4 My People" by female rapper Missy Elliott, a tribute to the late Dan Hartman with his classic "Relight My Fire" recorded in 1979, a bit of unofficial Jamioroquai, some rework activity from Papa Records, Reel People, a true jewel by Ananda Project, a(nother) Blaze classic and a drop of afrolatin vibes provided by Matthias Heilbronn and MAW with the sole aim to please you.

This latest mix, courtesy of Frankie Feliciano, is featured as a complementary illustration to the interview that we've had with the man himself prior to two gigs he is to have in France on Apr. 22 & 23.

Not to be confused with Villa La Grange's DJ resident of the same name, Bastien (a real web surfer and an active member on various forums) comes to us with a mix of his own, which we've decided to provide you with, full of those current calypso/afro influences. Welcome on board…

IDMW.com would like to deeply thank Lou's partner, Kat Ayala for her precious collaboration…

Expect the (totally) unexpected on this new mix provided by DJ BNX showing us one of his numerous facets. In these times of recycling, IDMW.com collaborator leads us back to the seventies for a taster of some of the best French cinematic atmospheres at the time. A gorgeous selection in which some of us may see a true document on its own.

UK : 3 – France : 2. As you may have understood, our fast growing ID(Audio)M section welcomes another Brit Jocks. This time Afro Art label A&R, Paul Murphy, with an-All Afro Art Stars incl. a couple of oldies & some other bits and bobs of which some are for forthcoming release and some (*) will probably never get that vinyl treatment for various # reasons, legal or otherwise. Enjoy !

Recorded a year an a half ago, here comes MFSB's original concept L'Afrique : C'est Chic as delivered to kickin Music before being pushed out of the release schedule for some unknown internal reasons, then replaced a few months later on by the aforEmentioned with an official release featuring a Steve Jones's new tracklisting and mix.

Hailing from Eastwood, Essex makes Scott Langley our second UK guest on our newly formed ID(Audio)M section. A real traveller, this 28 y.o. guy who began spinnin' at the early age of 13 while putting his feet on the illegal acid house rave scene. It was only a matter of time till Scott got his first pair of Technics 1210's and within no time at all he was spinning at some of the Country's well known events.
