Tennerz: Teejay Walton Feat. Gina Glover – Rescue Me (Purple Music)
Bay Area-based producer Teejay Walton opening the festivities on Purple Music’s ‘Miami 2015′ sampler in the nicest way. Thus flirting with the pole position on the Traxsource Top#10. Meanwhile comin’ up with the smooth Electro-influenced synth led ‘Rescue Me’ over a deep clap driven rhythm pattern. The whole making the right environment for Folk singer Gina Glover. Somehow reminding of Norwegian songstress Ane Brun. Remember ‘Headphone Silence’ along with Henrik Schwarz as edited by Dennis Ferrer?
‘Rescue Me…’ sings Gina Glover. Kinda hard to resist to her request. Don’t you think?

Teejay Walton is a North American DJ, producer, and promoter based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. He is the founder and resident DJ of what has become a household name in Northern California. In other words, the gathering they call Soul Camp. Itself an annual three day, outdoor, House Music festival held in Northern California’s beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range. This event featuring many recognizable artists from around the globe as well as, the best of the best from the San Francisco Bay Area.
Musically, Teejay Walton is not a new comer neither. Thus droppin’ his first pieces of music by the beginning of the 2010’s, meanwhile firmly geared towards Dance Music vibes. This most likely explaining his inclination to sort of stand at the crossroad between House Music, EDM and Minimal moods. Such as on the firing ‘Rescue Me’ featuring Gina Glover. Eventually comin’ to share the bill as well with Michelle Weeks on ‘Oh So Good’. But also reshaping in nice style ‘Stand Up’ for Deep Grounder along with Viraj. When not officially revisiting classics such as the Bee Gee‘s ‘Stayin’ Alive’ and the SOS Band‘s ‘Tell Me’ for the Soul Camp Music label.
